30 mins morning flow designed to help you gently mobilise the upper body over the course of 6 weeks, leading to a full posture reset for a healthier body. Your mind will also benefit from a more mindful morning routine. Classes will be recorded so you can repeat them whenever and wherever you like. Join me every Thursday morning from 12th June to 17th July at 6:30am UK time (30 mins).
