Service Description
30 mins morning flow designed to help you gently mobilise the upper body over the course of 6 weeks, leading to a full posture reset for a healthier body. Your mind will also benefit from a more mindful morning routine. Classes will be recorded so you can repeat them whenever and wherever you like. Join me every Thursday morning from 12th June to 17th July at 6:30am UK time (30 mins). Week 1 - 12th June - Mobilising Shoulders and Spine Week 2 - 19th June - Stronger Upper Back and Arms Week 3 - 26th June - Deeper Shoulder Mobility Week 4 - 3rd July - Stronger Back Body and Core Week 5 - 10th July - Front Body Opening and Gentle Backbends Week 6 - 17th July - Posture Reset Google Meet joining info will be sent upon booking.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the class start time and you will be refunded in the means of a class credit. No class credit refund for late cancellations.
